It’s been a volatile year for most of us.
But over the last few months I’ve found that pushing myself into a handful of positive habits & changes has had a huge impact on my sanity, satisfaction, wellbeing.
In turn that’s had other knock-on effects, like making me more productive at work (though that’s not the primary goal).
I definitely would’ve been sceptical that these could make anywhere near this kind of difference.
For some of these there’s likely an inherent benefit in the activity itself. For others just the act of committing to doing a thing regularly, and achieving micro goals, is what’s helpful, and the activity is irrelevant.
