Suggested 7 night itinerary (the one I’ve ended up doing with my friends this week)

Day 1: Land. Unwind at home. Head out for spontaneous dinner/drinks - we went to Chill Bar

Day 2: Slow morning. Head to Dover Beach. Iced coffees from The Cake Lady. Loungers and drinks from Johnny Cools. Salads at Ann’s (Sand Dollar) for lunch. Stayed on the beach til after sunset, headed home, got ready for a late ish dinner and drinks at Cocktail Kitchen

Day 3: Pool morning. Silver Moon Premium XL sunset catamaran cruise. Chilled evening

Day 4: Chilled breakfast. Discover Dive at Barbados Blue. Chilled afternoon (home or pool or beach). Baia dinner (with maybe Lone Star pre drinks on the way up)

Day 5: Sea Shed loungers all day and lunch. Evening TBC

Day 6: TBC - maybe island tour / east coast, with Oistins Fish Fry on the way? Or Bridgetown with Yella Meat? Friday night dinner - in (otherwise probably would’ve been Oistins Fish Fry)

Day 7: Shul in the morning for those who want - pool or beach for the others. Evening - Primo, or another nice dinner, or head to Surfers Bay rave

Day 8: TBC - maybe island tour / east coast, or final beach/pool day, and then head to airport
